RISING GIANT IN AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY SEEKS TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST

 

We’re a successful fast growing company based in Louisville, Kentucky. We’re growing rapidly, undergoing a national expansion. In the past five years, we’ve grown from 60 employees to over 300. We’ve averaged 50% revenue growth each year over the past 6 years. We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to help play an important part in our growth. You’ll play a key role in designing and implementing plans when expanding a company. You'll experience the satisfying feeling of having your ideas immediately put into action -- no waiting for a committee or bureaucracy to approve them first.

 

You’ll enjoy the stability and excitement which comes from working with a successful company undergoing a major expansion. 

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Placing job ads for areas of expansion on sites such as Indeed, Monster, Craigslist, and others.
  • Screen and interview candidates by email, phone and (very rarely) in person
  • Conduct reference and background checks for potential new-hires
  • Assist with on-boarding of new employees

 

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Human Resources, Public Relations, Business or another related field
  • One to three years of experience as recruiter.
  • Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
  • Great attention to detail
  • Effective time management skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel. Experience with Google Docs is helpful

Salary is commensurate with experience. Pay raises are typically dramatically higher than the national average for those who apply themselves, and are promoted as they grow with the company.
