We’re a successful fast-growing company based in Louisville, Kentucky. We’re growing rapidly, undergoing a national expansion. In the past five years, we’ve grown from 60 employees to over 300. We’ve averaged 50% revenue growth each year over the past 6 years. We’re looking for an experienced Paintless Dent Removal Technician to help play an important part in our growth. You’ll play a key role in designing and implementing plans when expanding a company. You'll experience the satisfying feeling of having your ideas immediately put into action -- no waiting for a committee or bureaucracy to approve them first.

Responsibilities

Duties Critical to Success:

  • Maintain business relationships to increase our clients’ profits
  • Drive our company van to dealerships and fleet operations in your metro area
  • Perform PDR work within company standards.
  • This role will report to assigned routes and establish accounts daily to service all repairs in a timely manner.
  • Prospect potential new accounts and departments for new work and negotiate with/sell authorized customer personnel to gain approval to do work.
  • Perform cosmetic dent repairs on small to midsize dent damage on the exterior of client’s vehicles.
  • Help sell, train, and staff dealership service drives to increase work and support PDR for Profit.
  • Work with accounts/or sales managers on a regular basis to increase quality of service to accounts.
  • Maintain excellent customer relationships to ensure longevity of accounts/business.
  • Service retail customers when necessary.

Qualifications

Job Standards and Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of PDR experience.
  • 21 years of age with a valid Driver’s license 
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • General computer skills
  • Some experience with route sales preferred 
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Safe place to park company van
  • Ability to lift, bend, stoop, and stand
  • Work in all elements of weather
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check, credit check, and driving record
  • Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, and demonstrated ability to work independently.

Compensation:

You will have a base salary of $40,000,  plus a generous compensation plan. The average salary is $77,000, with the top 30% earning between $80,000 and $85,000.

In addition to the base salary and compensation plan,  you can earn bonuses by generating new leads and maximizing our company service within your territory.
