NEW RISING GIANT IN AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY SEEKS EXPERIENCED SALES PROFESSIONAL IN THE BALTIMORE TERRITORY

 

We’re a successful fast growing company based in Louisville, Kentucky. We’re growing rapidly, undergoing a national expansion. In the past five years, we’ve grown from 60 employees to over 300. We’ve averaged 50% revenue growth each year over the past 6 years. We’re looking for an experienced Sales Professional to help play an important part in our growth. 

You’ll enjoy the stability and excitement which comes from working with a successful company undergoing a major expansion.

 

Responsibilities

Duties Critical to Success:

  • Strong communication and networking skills required
  • Ability to close accounts
  • Experience with B2B territory sales and/or experience working for a car dealership
  • Ability to work unsupervised 
  • Good organizational skills
  • Strong work ethic and a self-starter

Qualifications

Job Standards and Requirements:

  • Clean and professional appearance
  • Must have a driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • 5+ years Regional or Territory Sales Management with experience selling within short sales cycles
  • Must be willing to travel 40-50% of the time
  • Must currently live in the Baltimore metro area

Compensation:  

AGGRESSIVE PAY PLAN--NO CAP on earnings potential. Salary plus commission. You'll start at $80k base plus commission which will have you on track to making over $150,000/yr.  These are not inflated numbers, this is what our salespeople earn. Beyond that, opportunities for advancement mean virtually unlimited earning potential.
