Fast-growing companies are rare, and many people don’t have experience in that environment.  We’re looking for people who are eager to apply and challenge themselves. Ideal candidates are assertive, aggressive self-starters. If you’re someone who really “owns” projects at work, is a passionate advocate, who doesn’t need supervision to get results--then this company is for you. If you’re only looking for a paycheck, this won’t be ideal for you. We (and you) want to make sure you’re a good “fit” for our company. We want you to be happy here. If you’re interested in advancement, ambitious, and show potential, you’ll get more responsibility. You may be asked to “wear more than one hat”. For those who want to gain a lot of great experience and develop their skill set, this is a rare opportunity.

Our Team, Our Office:

We strive for a great work culture. Even though we’re growing fast, we have normal business hours. We have a fun group of people who will make you feel welcome. We’re located in the “NuLu” district in downtown Louisville, known for its upscale restaurants, specialty stores and art galleries. We have a modern office with an open layout, a billiards and game loft with a bar, a deck outside, and outdoor ping-pong. We recently bought another new building to accommodate our growth. Everyone’s really excited--maybe you’ll enjoy these new additions with us. You may bring your dog to work.
